Names and addresses are hidden only if you type them. Read the cleaned text before pasting it.
Paste your text
Paste the e-mail, contract, complaint or notes you want help with. Matches are marked as you type.
Choose what to hide
ID numbers, tax numbers, IBANs, card numbers, e-mails and phone numbers are on by default. Type names or company names you also want hidden, separated by commas.
Copy the cleaned text
Every value becomes a label such as [NAME_1] or [IBAN_1]; the same value always gets the same label, so the AI can still follow who is who.
Put the values back
Paste the AI's answer into the third box. Labels are swapped back for the real values, ready to copy.
Why hide details before pasting into an AI chat?
Text you paste into a chat service is sent to that company and may be stored or reviewed under its terms. Replacing names, numbers and addresses with labels lets you get the same help without handing over the details.
Does this page send my text anywhere?
No. Matching and replacing run in your browser. Your text and the label table stay in this page's memory and are gone when you close or reload it.
How does putting the values back work?
While the page is open it remembers which label stands for which value. Paste the AI's answer into the third box and every known label, such as [EMAIL_1], is replaced with the original value.
Will it find every personal detail?
No tool finds everything. Numbers and e-mails follow fixed patterns and are found reliably; names and addresses are only hidden if you type them. Read the cleaned text before you paste it.
Why was a long number not hidden?
ID, tax and card numbers are checked with their check digits, so order numbers of the same length are left alone. If you still want it hidden, add it to the names box.
Should I use labels or asterisks?
Labels keep the meaning ("[NAME_1] owes [NAME_2]") and can be restored later. Asterisks remove the value completely and cannot be restored.
