Pixebag®

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 26, 2026

1. Nature of the service

Pixebag is a fully browser-based (client-side) web application offering photo editing, PDF processing, design, and similar tools. Processing for the large majority of tools happens in your browser — see our Privacy Policy for details. We provide the tools "as is"; we do not guarantee they will run uninterrupted or error-free.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. Free use and Premium subscription

All tools can currently be used for free, without daily limits. If paid features are offered in the future, their price and scope will be shown on the site before any purchase, and changes will be announced in advance.

3. Your content and responsibility

The images and documents you upload to our tools are yours. By using a tool, you represent that you have the right to process that content (with respect to copyright, third-party privacy, and similar considerations). You may not use Pixebag to process illegal content, content that infringes others' rights, or harmful content.

4. Intellectual property

Pixebag itself (the interface, code, and design) belongs to us. Anything you produce with our tools (an edited photo, a PDF, an SVG, and so on) belongs entirely to you — we claim no rights over your output.

5. Disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages (including data loss or lost business) arising from your use of Pixebag. In particular: outputs from AI-based tools (background removal, image upscaling, and similar) may not always be perfect — for official or critical uses (such as passport photos), you are responsible for verifying the result against the relevant institution's current requirements yourself.

6. Account and termination

If we determine you've violated these terms, we may suspend or close your account. You may also close your own account at any time — just contact us.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page is updated for meaningful changes; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
